1. Spinning in a circle like children do

This simple exercise is perhaps the most important thing you can do for general health and weight loss. Here's why. When you spin around clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings, you stimulate your Endocrine System. This is the system in your body that controls your hormones and the daily release of them.

The problem is, you and most other people have imbalances with you hormones and the release of them. This is due to many factors including, the water you drink, the chemicals from foods you eat, the air you breathe, everyday products that surround you, and a bunch of other things.

Well, if you have unbalanced hormones, you'll either gain weight or have a hard time losing weight. Spinning solves that by balancing you hormones out. Just spin around 5-15 times to begin with. Your goal is to get slightly dizzy, not extremely dizzy.
